What languages is this campaign available in?

This campaign and its content are in English. Any future translations of the new expansions will be down to our partners post-campaign, likely dependent on the success of this Kickstarter.

I've backed the campaign in the first 48 hours, will I get the Cthulhu promo?

For Kickstarter backers, yes. Even if you change your pledge level, when you joined the campaign is time stamped.

Will add-ons be available in the Pledge Manager?

All pledge levels and promos available as part of this campaign will be available to all backers in the Pledge Manager.

Non-campaign add-ons are being assessed at the moment, but availability will be based on the current location of the stock.

What version of Oceans is included in the Legendary Edition?

The Legendary Edition pledge contains Oceans Deluxe (retail) not the Kickstarter Deluxe offered in the previous campaign. For a full list of components, please check the pledge graphic on the campaign page.

Does the Oceans: Legendary Edition pledge level contain promos from previous campaigns?

Yes, it does. Bundle Pack 1, 2 and the original Oceans Campaign Kickstarter Promo Bundle. These promos are also sold combined as the Promo Mega Bundle.

How big is the Legendary Edition box?

We’re still working with GameTrayz to ensure the new box comfortably fits all components as part of this campaign and previous editions. We’ll confirm this information we have further clarification.

What do the sides of the Legendary Edition box look like?

We have included a work-in-progress look at the box cover and sides in Kickstarter Update 1. Like previous versions of Oceans, the back of the box includes a different graphic which for this campaign is The Dragon King illustration.

Is the 5-6 player expansion included in the Legendary Edition?

No, but it is included in the Oceans: Legendary Edition All-In pledge level and available as a separate add-on.

The Oceans card sizes are as follows.

Scenario Cards - 2.5” x 1.625” / 63 x 41 mm Surface and Deep Cards - 2.5” x 3.5” / 63 x 88mm Legend Cards - 3.15” in x 4.75” / 80 x 120mm

What components fit inside the GameTrayz insert?

GameTrayz will fit the Oceans base game components plus both new expansions. We are also ensuring sleeved cards will fit and that the 5-6 player expansion will fit inside the box.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
